Food Research Cluster

(en français)

This Research Cluster aims to open space for thinking about and discussing food from a variety of perspectives. These may include approaches focusing on food systems, resilience, health, sustainability, the ethics of eating, the production and reproduction of food, local-global relations, food imperialism, reclamation of foodways, state regulation of food, food in history, food in literature, and more. The Research Cluster hopefully will incubate collaborative research projects and grant proposals.
